How do staff manage orders without wp-admin?

Authorized staff sign in to the front-end Store Management portal on your ordering website. Its Current Orders feed includes status controls, ready-time acknowledgement, incoming-order sounds, and a mute-until-next-order action.

The Store Manager role stays outside the general WordPress dashboard and does not receive unrestricted product editing. Ask your site administrator to provision the correct access; do not share an administrator password with store staff.
