Are WhatsApp, Google accounts, and product reviews required?

No. WhatsApp click-to-chat handoff and configurable customer message templates are optional. Sites can also enable Google-only customer accounts for moderated WooCommerce product reviews.

The site owner must configure the relevant third-party service. Those services may have their own requirements or charges; they are not automatically configured by purchasing the plugin.
