How do customers check whether an order is ready?

Private token-based tracking provides a dedicated status link for each customer. The rate-limited Check Order page can also return readiness from an order number or checkout phone number.

The readiness lookup does not expose the customer identity, address, items, total, or private token. Use your store’s own order-status link and keep private tracking links confidential.
